LGIM brings in senior staff for retail push
Legal & General Investment Management has appointed Robert Jamieson as group chief digital and technology officer across the retail digital platform. It has also named Janine Menasakanian as head of distribution strategy, personal investing. Both roles are newly created. Jamieson has moved over from Legal & General Retirement, where he was chief operating officer, and Menasakanian has joined from Vanguard, where she was head of financial institutions.

RBC appoints in fund services
RBC Investor & Treasury Services has appointed Kumi Somaskandan as head of client operations, Canada. Somaskandan joins from Citco where she was most recently head of its alternative investor services group in North America.
