This week saw high-profile moves at Macquarie and HSBC in London, with plenty of changes on Wall Street also worth keeping an eye on.

Daniel Wong, the London-based co-head of Macquarie’s investment bank, is stepping down after 22 years with the firm. The Australian lender said he’s going to pursue opportunities outside Macquarie, while he said on LinkedIn that he’ll announce his new post in due course.
