Payments firm Wise's co-founder Taavet Hinrikus announced he’s stepping down as chair and director of business. The move was long-planned as part of the prospectus for the business’ direct listing of shares on the London Stock Exchange. He’ll be replaced by former Netflix chief financial officer David Wells, who has sat on the board of Wise since 2019.
