Paul Weiss hired two of Clifford Chance's top London private equity partners as it continues its expansion in the capital. The US recruited M&A partner Chris Sullivan and leveraged finance partner Taner Hassan from the Magic Circle firm. Sullivan is one of the City’s leading private equity M&A partners, who has acted for buyout firms including Cinven, Blackstone and CVC Capital Partners on deals. Hassan is a banking partner who advises borrowers and sponsors on leveraged and infrastructure financing.
