Columbia Threadneedle hires from BlackRock
Asset manager Columbia Threadneedle Investments has appointed Lorenzo Garcia as head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa client investment solutions.  Garcia, who is based in London, previously worked at the world’s largest asset manager BlackRock Investment Managers where he oversaw a portfolio managing in excess of £370bn.

Santander hires to infra debt team
European bank Santander’s corporate banking arm has appointed Bart White as head of European infrastructure debt advisory. White joins from Swiss bank UBS where he was head of infrastructure and utilities finance. In his new role, he will report to Alejandro Ciruelos and Carlos Muñiz.
