Trading Places: UBS risk officer returns, Clifford Chance, A&O promotions, Moelis swoops on SVB

UBS chief risk officer Christian Bluhm reversed his decision to leave the Swiss bank as it prepares to merge with its cross-town rival Credit Suisse. Bluhm will remain in his role and on UBS's group executive board for the "foreseeable future".

Barclays promoted two long-serving dealmakers to co-head its leveraged finance unit in the latest senior shake-up at the UK lender. Na Wei, who was latterly head of leveraged finance in Europe, and Tom Blouin, who led the business in the Americas, were named global co-heads of leveraged finance.
