Jean-Pierre Aubin, the long-time head of Compagnie Financiere Tradition's Paris business has stood down from his position at the moneybroker.

Aubin is believed to be leaving the Lausanne-based broker to join rival, BGC Partners, where it is understood he will be charged with setting up a Paris operation.
