One of Evercore’s most experienced dealmakers in the City of London is to leave investment banking and switch to advising private equity firms focused on infrastructure, where fundraising has risen sharply in the past two years.
Randolph Sesson, head of European transportation at the US independent advisory firm, is leaving in the coming months, people familiar with the matter said. He will spend more time advising private equity firms focused on infrastructure having spent 27 years in investment banking.
