Travers Smith boosts junior lawyer pay to £120,000

The firm’s newly qualified lawyers have received a 9% pay bump

Travers Smith has boosted pay for its junior lawyers to £120,000 — a rise of 9%, amid fierce competition for talent among London law firms.

 The firm previously raised salaries in July last year from £105,000 to £110,000 — a rise of 5%.
