Former National Association of Pensions Funds chairman Peter Thompson will be treading the boards at Greenwich Theatre next month as a member of the cast in Utopia (Limited) the Gilbert & Sullivan opera that was first performed in 1893.
Utopia (Limited) is one of the lesser-known G&S shows - even Thompson admits he was unfamiliar with it until a few months back - but the Centenary Company, an amateur theatre group of which Thompson is a member, will aim to remedy that with its new production, which runs from November 7 to November 10.
