Guy Trezona, a headhunter whose career has spanned some of the best niche players in financial services search, has launched Trezona & Co, a boutique executive search firm specialising in private banking and private asset management.

Based in Berkeley Square, the heartland of private banking search in London, the firm initially has two senior consultants - Trezona and Ian Thompson, a private banker turned headhunter. Helen Skuse, who has worked as a freelance consultant and researcher, is joining as a full-time researcher.
