BGC is heading to trial with a trader who it said reneged on a contract to start working for the brokerage, in a claim worth $5.7m.

The US-based group’s British arm, BGC Brokers LP, filed a lawsuit against Adam Tillman at the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts in April.
