Justin Dowley, a founder of UK corporate finance boutique Tricorn Partners, has joined Intermediate Capital Group, a UK-listed mezzanine finance provider, as a non-executive director.

He remains a partner at Tricorn which was co-adviser to Manchester United, the UK football club, when it was acquired by Malcolm Glazer, the US entrepreneur, for £790m (€1.1bn) in May.
