Troika Dialog has appointed Dean Tyler as managing director and head of international fixed income sales, based in London. Tyler will head the entire international fixed income sales network, centred in Moscow, London, and New York, and will build and manage international distribution of FICC products and develop global distribution strategy. He was previously head of the fixed income sales team at VTB Capital across London, New York, Moscow, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong. The firm said the move was part of its integration with Sberbank.
