President Donald Trump has issued a series of pardons and commutations as his time in office draws to a close, with those receiving pardons including his former aide Steve Bannon and rapper Lil Wayne.
Bannon was charged in August with conspiracy to commit fraud after allegedly embezzling money raised by Trump supporters to fund a wall on the US-Mexico border.
