Tudor Investment shuts $550m vehicle

Tudor Investment, the Greenwich based hedge fund run by Paul Tudor Jones, has shut its small company stock fund after it failed to meet expectations, the latest fund to close and return money.

Investors in the $550m (€371m) Witches Rock Fund will have the option of transferring their money into the firm's $11.5bn Raptor fund. In a letter to investors, the company said it would also return $25.3m in accrued fees.
