Tullett Liberty, an interdealer broker, is migrating its back-office settlement system to Swift's ISO 15022 securities message standard via software from Mercator.

Mercator InsideSwift will provide connectivity and compliance for the new format, integrating Tullett's settlement system with the Swift network. Outbound settlement instruction messages will be transformed from an ISO 15022 extensible markup language format to Swift's ISO 15022 FIN format for onward transmission to the Swift network.
