Tullett Prebon, the London-based interdealer broker, has reshuffled its management team and named a new head of operations as it braces for changes to the vast over-the-counter derivatives markets in which it operates.

Steph Duckworth, who served most recently as Tullett's chief executive for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, will take over as chief operating officer, effective immediately, the broker said in a statement.
