Twenty five senior staff have left the Asian arm of Collins Stewart Tullett, the broking firm that last week merged with rival Prebon Yamane. They have all joined Icap, the world's biggest moneybroker.
A spokesman for Icap said the broker's Hong Kong office has signed the 25 staff to join its Asian franchise when they are free from commitments to Tullett. The appointments will strengthen Icap's already dominant position in the global derivatives and money markets, and reinforce its presence in Asia.
