Valtegra, a London-based turnaround firm that describes itself as “Europe’s rescue fund”, is in talks with investors about raising up to £250 million for its second fund, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The fund will make investments in companies with revenues of between €50 million and €100 million that are facing "severe or complex operational challenges".
