European buyout firm 21 Partners has held a €343 million final close on its third Italy-focused buyout fund, more than doubling the amount raised for Italian-focused funds in 2015 and the highest sum for five years.
The Investimenti III fund closed with a hard cap 14% higher than its €300 million target and some 21% larger than its predecessor, 21 Investimenti II.
