Two fifths of women working in investment management have had to endure inappropriate behaviour in the office, according to a survey published in the wake of an undercover investigation that exposed widespread sexual harassment at a London charity dinner.
According to the responses of 100 women working in the City, 40% said they had received unwanted physical contact at work with a quarter indicating they had been "followed or badgered" by male colleagues trying to persuade them to "go out" with them after work.
