Two jailed over Danish pension fund forgery

The Danish forgery scandal that shook one of the country's largest pension funds, the Dkr140bn (€18.8bn) PFA, has led to the imprisonment of the two suspects, Rasmus Trads and Kurt Thorsen.

Københavns Byret, the Magistrates court of Copenhagen, ruled today (Thursday) that Trads and Thorsen be jailed for five and six years respectively, after a case that has dragged on for nearly 18 months.
