The venture-backed initial public offerings of two Swedish kitchen furniture makers on the Stockholm stock exchange are the latest to take advantage of the revived Swedish IPO market in the wake of two offerings from Industri Kapital's portfolio.
Last month Industri Kapital tested the Stockholm exchange with the Skr5.5bn (€605m) flotation of Alfa Laval, the heating equipment manufacturer, but only after cutting its price from the Skr108 to Skr140 range to Skr91. The firm then floated Intrum Justitia, the debt collection and credit management company, which was more than 12 times oversubscribed and raised Skr1.5bn.
