Two of Goldman Sachs's top investment bankers in London have threatened to leave the bank after being excluded from an exclusive new committee, according to reports.

Mark Sorrell, who co-heads its leading M&A business, and Gonzalo Garcia, who co-leads its dealmaking team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, have both told the bank that they could depart after being left out of a new investment banking operating committee, the Financial Times reported.
