UBS has hired a second investment banker from Bank of America Merrill Lynch as it continues to build its team focused on deals in the industrials sector.

Giuseppe Chiusa is set to join UBS in June and work on transactions in the services industry alongside Arnould Fremy and Romine Hakme, who were hired last year from Nomura and Deutsche Bank respectively, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
