UBS Warburg is advising Vodafone on the sale of France Télécom shares, which are currently held by subsidiary Vodafone Jersey Investments, back to the French telecoms company.

UBS Warburg, increasingly seen one of Vodafone's favourite advisers, worked on the €11.6bn ($10.7bn) deal, with Warren Finegold, head of European corporate coverage, and Andre Sokol, a director in the mergers and acquisitions team, leading for UBS.
