UBS has appointed Ousmène Mandeng as head of public sector advisory, cross asset distribution. He has joined from Ashmore Investment Management, and has previously held roles as a deputy division chief at the IMF, where he worked on IMF member and lending policies. Mandeng will be responsible for providing cross asset solutions for clients operating in the global reserves and sovereign wealth arena.
