UBS Global Asset Management has appointed Neil Williams, chief global strategist at Goldman Sachs, as regional head of asset allocation.

Williams will report to Brian Singer, head of the global asset allocation and risk management team in London, and work closely with Kevin Terhaar, global head of asset allocation and strategy in Chicago, and Matthew Stemp, regional investment officer in London.
