UBS has hired John Palazzo as Americas sales manager for its direct execution services group, which provides electronic equities, futures and options trading to mutual funds and institutions, according to Bloomberg. Palazzo was most recently at CA Cheuvreux, a broker owned by Credit Agricole, where he was North American head of alternative execution.
