UBS considers moving headquarters out of Switzerland amid capital rules clash

UBS is reportedly considering moving its headquarters out of Switzerland if the country’s policymakers stick to demands for new capital requirements.

The banking giant is examining a potential relocation after internal calculations showed its key capital ratio would rise to around 20% in the harshest scenario, from around 14% now, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter.
