UBS has continued its hiring push with the recruitment of two former Deutsche Bank colleagues as global heads of structured and synthetic equity.

Dr Marcus Overhaus joins as the new head of global equities structuring and co-head of securities structuring. He is the co-author of a number of books on equity derivatives and has a PhD in mathematics and theoretical physics from the University of Bochum in Germany.
