The former chief operating officer for research at Deutsche Bank, who left over the summer, has re-emerged at rival UBS, as the Swiss bank shakes up its research division to adapt to new EU trading rules introduced this year.

Raj Hindocha, who held the COO for research position at Deutsche Bank for four years until his departure in August, is set to join UBS in the same position, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
