UBS has hired Cary Kochman from Credit Suisse First Boston to co-head its investment banking division for the Americas based in Chicago.

Kochman leaves after 14 years at CSFB where he was head of M&A for the Americas and is the latest in series of departures from the bank's mergers and acquisitions team.
