The new team in charge of investment banking at UBS, which took control earlier this month, has put in place new regional heads of the division – a move that coincides with a restructure of the Swiss bank’s securities unit.

Matthew Grounds and Simon Warshaw were named as joint global heads of investment banking - the bank's advisory business - to work alongside existing head Jimmy Neissa on March 7.
