Credit Suisse First Boston is advising Ebookers, the UK-listed online travel agency worth about £160m (€234m), on its potential sale talks, pushing out UBS, its previous financial adviser.

CSFB's effort is fronted by Simon Taurins, a director in its consumer practice, and Ian Brown, a director in the UK M&A team.
