The management team at UBS expects to see continued upheaval in the banking industry during the coming year, including further scaling back of firms’ international businesses and ongoing digital disruption.

In the Swiss bank’s 2016 annual report, published today, the team said a continued push for efficiency in the banking industry will likely “span all functions” of the business.
