UBS has unveiled a string of senior investment banking management changes after John Costas stepped down as chairman and chief executive of UBS Investment Bank to run its new alternative investment management business in July.

Mark Branson, group chief communication officer in charge of liaising with UBS' stakeholders and a member of the group managing board, relocates to become chief executive of UBS Securities Japan.
