The head of global equities structuring hired from Deutsche Bank in January is making his mark on the business by appointing four new regional heads and five global product heads.

Dr Marcus Overhaus, the co-author of a number of books on equity derivatives, was appointed to drive the expansion of the Swiss bank's global structured equity and securities derivatives products businesses.
