A former employee at UBS has accused the Swiss bank of seriously mishandling a rape allegation she made against a senior manager at the listed company in the autumn of last year.
The woman, who was employed as part of UBS’s graduate scheme, wrote to the head of the group’s investment bank last week outlining a number of failures she says the company made during its six-month investigation of the rape claim. The rape is alleged to have taken place in September 2017.
