The woman at the centre of a rape allegation made against UBS is suing the Swiss bank for sexual harassment, sex discrimination and victimisation.

The 25-year-old, who alleges she was drugged and later raped by a director at the investment bank in 2017, filed papers at the Central London Employment Tribunal on March 12, after accusing the company of mishandling her claims of sexual assault last year.
