UBS is teaching staff at its sprawling wealth management business - the world's largest - how to talk to rich women about their money.

The training for its wealth advisers is part of the Swiss bank's Unique programme, which aims to generate “tens of billions” of dollars of revenue growth over the next five years by increasing the number of female clients it advises.
