UBS Asset Management is to join the group of fund managers proposing litigation against the UK government over the collapse of Railtrack.

A group of Railtrack's largest shareholders, which own in excess of 20% of the company, have instructed Allen & Overy's litigation partners Andrew Clark and John O'Conor to evaluate their case.
