UBS is to meet the woman who accused the company of mismanaging her allegations of rape to talk through the lessons the Swiss bank can learn from its much-criticised handling of the case.
The head of the bank’s global investigations unit will meet the former graduate trainee on November 1 in an attempt to make amends for its handling of the incident and to try and draw a line under a torrid few months for the UBS. The outcome of the meeting will be presented to UBS chief executive Sergio Ermotti.
