UBS has unveiled a senior reshuffle in its mergers and acquisitions business, naming Piero Novelli and Jeffrey Raich as joint global heads of M&A. Novelli was previously European head of M&A and Raich co-head in the Americas.

James Neissa, previously joint global head of M&A, has become chairman of the division, taking overall responsibility for managing the bank's global M&A business.
