UBS Warburg has appointed Jacob Sayer to its European technology team as an executive director responsible for the electronics and technology infrastructure sub-sectors.

Sayer joins from Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), where he worked in the European technology group. He was at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) before CSFB, and was one of the few technology bankers who transferred over to the merged bank.
