UBS Warburg has resigned as sole corporate broker to Domino Printing Sciences, the UK printing group.

Domino, which has a market capitalisation of about €234m ($220m), has hired Hoare Govett, the corporate broking business of Dutch bank ABN Amro, to take over the role.
