UK CEOs ‘lead the charge’ against employee stress, says survey

Nine in ten UK leaders surveyed by PwC offered wellbeing initiatives to employees

UK chief executives have dedicated more attention and resources than their global peers to helping staff deal with mental health issues during the Covid-19 pandemic, according to a new survey.

The report, published by PwC on 11 August, canvassed 3,500 of the firm’s global CEO clients and found that nine in ten British business leaders offered wellbeing initiatives to staff, compared to 61% of CEOs globally.
