UK companies embrace ‘pay for performance'

UK companies have embraced a culture of "pay for performance", according to a survey of executive remuneration at FTSE 350 companies.

The analysis, by New Bridge Street Consultants, found that companies have introduced more rigorous incentive schemes and have put more focus on variable as opposed to fixed pay.
