UK consulting firm looks to service boutiques

CPAAudit, the UK consultancy firm, has launched two services that will help people set up and operate corporate finance businesses, capitalising on the growth in the number of advisory boutiques forming.

The firm has launched Compliance Docs!, a service which provides compliance documentation intended to simplify and speed up the process of getting approval from the Financial Services Authority (FSA), the UK regulator, to set up financial businesses. In addition CPAAudit has launched Compliance Watch! to provide regulatory compliance support once a financial group is up and running.
